    I personally would be interested in an introduction to Java, or perhaps something more advanced but that gives an introduction first

    There are three proposed courses that deal with Flash some how, i would suggest to merge them in one course dealing with the different aspects suggested.
    Flash 3D
    AS3/FLEX advanced programming
    Actionscript 2 or 3 starting from zero
    They all could be handled in one course.
