Basic Resilience Planning
Whether looking after your wellbeing or planning a business, building in resilience is one of the most important and simple things you can do. This course will look at a simplified version of the WRAP (Wellness and Recovery Action Planning), going from techniques you can use to keep yourself or projects well, to what you should do when you reach a crisis point.
The course holds no fast or firm answers on what works for you, but instead creates the framework for a living document on how to get well and stay well; constantly updated as you learn what works and what doesn't.
