    My friends already arrange a bi-weekly event where they meet up, view TED talks and other good web video on a big screen, and discuss them. It would be neat to think of ways to either a) recreate that experience online or b) connect such offline groups together in a way that makes sense (actually enhances what they are usually doing, rather than making it more complicated)
