Finding and Interpreting Consumer Health Information
For caregivers, patients, and even clinicians (doctors, nurses, other health care professionals) who want to know where to find good "consumer" (lay people) health info. There are lots of good resources, including many that support different cultures and languages. But what makes it "good?" How can you figure out what these words mean? Would be taught by a medical librarian.

I would love to learn about animal acupressure
Animals are part of our family. Treating them well and making sure they are healthy is our responsibility. Learning about their bodies and how aging affects them are part our jobs as owners. Massage techniques and acupressure are natural health therapies that help humans so they can help animals as well. I would love to see a course on these for cats and for dogs.

Art - from a philosophy viewpoint
What is art? How is art used? How can art be used? How should art be used? Is there a difference between "good" and "bad" art?
How does art affect reality? How far can art be political and how far should it be political?
A lot of questions, a lot of different answers.

DNS
I would appreciate the opportunity to learn how to better manage DNS records, MX records, A, CNAME all this stuff. I've kludged several listings together with the help of Google Apps, but if I knew what I was doing I wouldn't have made some major mistakes. I may be alone in this, but I didn't know anything about Name Server restrictions, ICANN regulations, and more, that come into play if you want to transfer a domain, or other advanced tasks.
