Allow admins to create sub forums or boards so multiple section/teacher courses can operate on site and in an organized manner.

It would be great if this were multilevel too, so each teacher could organize the course their own way.

This also allows students to subscribe to the teacher they need to without worrying about their email overflowing with topics that don't apply to them :).
