Q&A area, rather than forum
A simple questions and answer layout, say something like uservoice itself, but instead of idea it would be a question and answer follows, makes things more clear and easy.

We are actually quite interested in implementing this, so I am quite sure something will be coming, possibly based on one of the open source StackOverflow clones.
