yes, I also like if someone can lead this. And I like to add some ideas, things we can learn from HTML5 boilerplate(setting the development environment), basic html5 page structure, cross browser support, css3 media queries and mobile first design.

This is a great idea - does anyone in the comments want to lead the group? School of Webcraft can put you in contact with some experts to help you find resources and create tasks. However we'll need some volunteers to help organise and manage the group. You don't need to be experts on the topic.
