I am preparing a jQuery course for the January session. The course will use Rebecca Murphy's open source ebook "jQuery Fundamentals" and using collaborative tools such as jsfiddler for demos and code sharing, weekly video lessons, and some type of live podcasting tool such as TalkShoe (participate via dial in or client software). Rather than extensively covering every aspect of the jQuery API and plugins, the course will have a emphasis on learning jQuery in a participatory environment using tools such as jsfiddler, firebug to aid the learning process.

In Wikipedia, if you compare different versions of pages, you can compare the versions to see, what has been changed. Now I can browse through versions, for example: http://p2pu.org/en/groups/personal-learning-plan-do-it-together-university-the-independent-learner-in-community/content/the-presentation/history/ But I can not see what has changed. Of course I can open the versions in two different windows and compare them manually :-)

When I view my tasks: http://p2pu.org/en/groups/using-credible-arguments-to-promote-opencourseware-concept-in-finland/tasks/ I see the tasks at the top of the page, but it took me some time to realize how to add a new task. The button is in the left navigation bar, and not very high. Could you add a "new task button" next to the task at the top of the page? I think the concept of P2PU is wonderful and the UI is ok, but there is some little things (like this I reported) which disturb the user experience.

Node is similar in design to and influenced by systems like Ruby's Event Machine or Python's Twisted. Node takes the event model a bit further—it presents the event loop as a language construct instead of as a library. In other systems there is always a blocking call to start the event-loop. Typically one defines behavior through callbacks at the beginning of a script and at the end starts a server through a blocking call like EventMachine::run(). In Node there is no such start-the-event-loop call. Node simply enters the event loop after executing the input script. Node exits the event loop when there are no more callbacks to perform. This behavior is like browser javascript—the event loop is hidden from the user. HTTP is a first class protocol in Node. Node's HTTP library has grown out of the author's experiences developing and working with web servers. For example, streaming data through most web frameworks is impossible. Node attempts to correct these problems in its HTTP parser and API. Coupled with Node's purely evented infrastructure, it makes a good foundation for web libraries or frameworks.

Message posted on the activity for a group (like the MoJo Learning Lab) wall don't respect Line Break, and don't make hyperlinks clickable (contrary to Comments). It makes them hard to read, and less useful

For the same reason, I think comment boxes in WordPress are better than in Blogger (where you have to make links manually).

At the moment, when you click a link to someone's comment on his profile page, you end up on the first page of comment anyway. When there is 60+ comments on a page, you'd rather not click next again and again to spot a comment.

(even when using "other" as a protocol, the href is simply discarded) It's a standard and useful URI scheme, that can be used to point beginners and non-coder directly to the source of a web page (instead of giving them lengthy and browser specific instruction on how to view the source) More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/View-source_URI_scheme

BUG: I made a typo in my Yahoo password. There appears to be no way to retry. IF there is, it is highly unintuitive.

Add the ability to tag or "star" a post. Posts that I star, and posts by me that others star, show up in my profile. This could be integrated with badges by providing "multi-stars", in other words, a marker associated with each badge. This way, items that receive that marker would be sorted under the badges that one is working on.

I've kludged several listings together with the help of Google Apps, but if I knew what I was doing I wouldn't have made some major mistakes. I may be alone in this, but I didn't know anything about Name Server restrictions, ICANN regulations, and more, that come into play if you want to transfer a domain, or other advanced tasks.
